NOVELTY - A cement filling material comprises 700-750 pts. wt. cement clinker, 40-50 pts. wt. limestone powder, 75-85 pts. wt. fly ash, 30-40 pts. wt. desulfurized gypsum, 25-35 pts. wt. pulp fiber, 70-90 pts. wt. bauxite, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. polystyrene microspheres, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene dispersion emulsion, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. carbon fiber, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. diethylene glycol, 1-3 pts. wt. microencapsulated reinforcing agent, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. water reducing agent, and 300-320 pts. wt. water. The microencapsulated reinforcing agent is prepared using dimethyl silicone oil and gelatin in weight ratio of 1:3-5. USE - Cement filling material for anti-static floor (claimed) e.g. dissipative electrostatic floor. ADVANTAGE - The cement filling material has excellent density of 2640-2780 kg/m3, compressive strength of 42.5-49.5 MPa, and flexural strength of 10.1-11.8 MPa through the synergy between the raw materials, and excellent fluidity, thereby improving the overall performance of the material, and can flow to all corners of the anti-static floor with no hollow surface and few surface pits.
