DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of manufacturing a composite material for electromagnetic wave shielding or electromagnetic wave absorption, which involves fragmentation of the carbon feedstock by cavitation in liquid phase exfoliation to form a graphene suspension and oven-drying or freeze-drying graphene suspension to form an electromagnetic wave absorbing material containing two-dimensional graphene sheets.
