NOVELTY - A graphene laminate comprises a layer (A) comprising graphene formed by chemical vapor deposition, and a layer (B) provided on the layer (A) and containing a conductive polymer, a binder resin and polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Graphene laminate for electrode material used for forming electrode of electronic device e.g. touch panel, organic light emitting device, organic thin-film transistor, organic solar battery, secondary battery, fuel cell, memory device and biosensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate has excellent electrical conductivity, surface roughness, adhesiveness and durability.
