NOVELTY - A perovskite solar cell includes a substrate layer, a conductive layer, an electrode layer, a charge transport layer, and a perovskite light absorption layer whose edge is provided with a nano passivation layer. A contact surface between the perovskite absorption layer and the electrode layer is provided with nano passivation layer, which extends to the charge transport layer. The opposite surface of the contact surface between the perovskite absorption layer and the electrode layer is provided with nano passivation layer. USE - Perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The perovskite solar cell has long-term stability and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.
