▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing composite lithium metal electrode of lithium modified vertical graphene-based three-dimensional framework and artificial solid electrolyte interface (SEI) film comprises (i) using plasma-assisted chemical vapor deposition technology, depositing a vertical graphene nanosheet on a carbon substrate after pre-processing, and using plasma auxiliary chemical vapor deposition technology to process for 8-15 seconds, (ii) using atomic layer deposition technology or magnetic control sputtering technology, and depositing lithium-phile substance on the graphene, (iii) using melting method or electro-deposition method, compounding the graphene nano sheet and the lithium to prepare a composite electrode, and (iv) introducing nitrogen trifluoride or nitrogen, and performing interface treatment on the composite electrode obtained in step (iii), to obtain a composite lithium-modified vertical graphite-based 3D skeleton and an artificial SEI film of the metallo-amphiphilic electrode. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite lithium metal electrode of lithium modified vertical graphene-based three-dimensional framework and artificial SEI film. ADVANTAGE - The composite lithium electrode relieves the problem that the volume expansion of the metal lithium anode and the SEI film is not stable, and improves the battery cycle life.
