▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing exothermic concrete, comprises mixing aggregate and cement with graphene material dispersed in matrix material as liquid mixture of large-area graphene and graphene oxide having a size of greater than or equal to 10 micrometers, and mixing graphene material, cement and aggregate. The liquid matrix material is water. The graphene material is prepared by mixing and dispersing 0.5-1.5 wt.% mixture of graphene and graphene oxide in 100 wt.% water. The cement is a type 1 Portland cement, and the aggregate is sand. USE - The method is useful for producing exothermic concrete. ADVANTAGE - The method produces heat-generating concrete having excellent durability, continuously maintains heat-generating property of concrete without use and installation of existing heating wire, obtains heat-generating effect of concrete during electrical conduction and improves strength of concrete, and prevents risk of short circuit, and reduces construction costs. The concrete withstands repeated overcooling and high humidity, and has excellent moisture resistance.
