▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing electroplating wastewater water-conducting material, involves (i) peeling and shredding corn stalks, steaming at 70-90 degrees C for 0.5-8 hours, soaking in sodium hydroxide solution for 18-30 hours, washing, drying, and treating with a composite enzyme solution for 1-4 days to obtain straw fiber, (ii) curing vertical filamentous fibers in the straw fibers obtained in step (i) through a modified epoxy resin adhesive to obtain cylindrical fibers, and curing circular filamentous fibers in the straw fibers obtained in step (i) through a modified epoxy resin adhesive to obtain disc-shaped fibers, and (iii) bonding graphene powder in the middle of the disc-shaped fiber obtained in step (ii) through the modified epoxy resin adhesive, and bonding the cylindrical fiber obtained in step (ii) to obtain the electroplating wastewater water-conducting material made of corn stalks. USE - The method is used for preparing electroplating wastewater water-conducting material in treatment of electroplating wastewater (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electroplating wastewater water-conducting material has strong adsorption capacity and low cost, and solves the problems of low corn stalk utilization rate, weak material adsorption capacity and easy accumulation of colloids.
