▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production method of series phase change wax comprises (i) evaluating and pre-treating the raw materials, (ii) purifying the raw material using the thin-film evaporation separation technology, (iii) finely separating the material components by using molecular distillation cutting technology, (iv) detecting the material in step (iii), when the detecting n-paraffin content is greater than 92 %, purifying again by melt crystallization separation technology to obtain a semi-finished product, and (v) adding heat conducting filler for blending modification and screening to obtain the finished phase change wax. USE - Method for production of series of phase change wax. ADVANTAGE - The prepared organic n-alkane medium and high temperature series phase change energy storage materials have high enthalpy value, narrow melting range and good stability, and can produce a series of phase change energy storage materials from 40-125℃, which fills the market gap of high temperature series phase change waxes of n-alkanes in China.
