▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The coupler has a nano-antenna array arranged on an upper surface of a graphene layer that is formed on a waveguide, where the waveguide is an optical waveguide made of non-insulating materials. The nano-antennae array presets polarization direction in a free space. A tunable directional coupler body is directionally coupled to a predetermined mode in the waveguide. The graphene layer changes working wavelength of the tunable directional coupler body under action of external voltage. The nano-antenna array is provided with two antenna units. The tunable directional coupler body is formed with a capacitor structure. USE - Graphene and nano-antenna array based tunable directional coupler. ADVANTAGE - The coupler realizes high speed and real-time tuning of operating wavelength of the tunable directional coupler body.
