USE - Used as oriented carbon nanotube/graphene composite thermal conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high crystallinity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) semiconductor device using the oriented carbon nanotube/graphene composite thermally conductive film as a thermally conductive interface material; and (2) preparing oriented carbon nanotube/graphene composite thermal conductive film, comprising drawing spinnable carbon nanotube array into an oriented film, (ii) compounding graphene oxide solution to the surface of the oriented film, and (iii) heat treating.
