▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hard alloy with graphene added as reinforcing phase is prepared from the raw materials comprising component (A) comprising tungsten carbide and cobalt alloy powder, and has a particle size of 0.8-1.2 mu m, and purity of 99.8-99.9%, and component (B) comprising 0.05-0.3 wt.% graphene oxide, where the component (A) and component (B) are placed in alcohol solution, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide modified tungsten carbide-cobalt alloy powder is combined with graphene oxide to obtain the required mixed powder, and the cemented carbide with graphene added as the reinforcing phase is prepared through the processes of granulation, pressing and sintering. USE - Hard alloy with graphene added as reinforcing phase. ADVANTAGE - The hard alloy has high flexural strength and Vickers hardness, and prevents cracks from propagating when cracks occur, and enhances the mechanical properties of the material.
