NOVELTY - The device has legs (2) fixed at four corners of a bottom of a main box body (1). A surface of the legs is fixed with a transverse plate (3). A periphery of an inner wall of the main box body is connected with a liquid collecting plate (4). The bottom of a liquid hopper (5) is provided with a fluid collecting hopper. A filter non-consumption radiating mechanism (6) is arranged between the liquid hoppers and the main body. The filtering non-consumption radiating mechanism is provided with a bearing box (61) that is located below the liquid collecting plate through a hanging rod. The inside of the bearing tank is connected to a graphene heat conducting flat plate. The two sides of the graphene heat-conducting flat plate are fixed with sliding blocks. USE - Device for cooling high-efficiency grinding liquid e.g. diamond grinding liquid, silicon dioxide grinding liquid and cerium oxide grinding liquid. ADVANTAGE - The device solves the problem that the existing grinding liquid in the processing engineering, quickly increases heat of the processing work during waiting for standing and cooling, increases cooling efficiency, reduces cost along with flow of the grinding liquid, so that interior can contain a large amount of iron chippings, thus simply removing large particle iron chips to remove by filtering without affecting recycling of grinding liquid. The device is convenient for automatically cleaning the large particles iron chips filtering by brushing setting of a scrap removing mechanism, and effectively prevents a filter hole from blocking, automatically cleans the filter hole and increases automation degree.
