NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves adding graphite powder and surfactant into feeder, introducing gas in high pressure gas tank into tube reactor, opening ultrasonic power supply, driving graphite powder in feeder by airflow into high pressure section of tubular reactor, reducing interaction between graphite layer, entering graphite powder into low pressure section of tubular reactor, releasing high pressure gas in graphite gap and separating stripped graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene used for glass heat-conducting film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene having excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and surface hydrophobicity, with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene involves adding graphite powder and surfactant into a feeder, introducing gas in high pressure gas tank into tube reactor, controlling high pressure zone compressed air velocity as 0.5-100 m/second, opening ultrasonic power supply, driving graphite powder in the feeder by airflow into high pressure section of the tubular reactor, reducing interaction between graphite layer, entering graphite powder into low pressure section of tubular reactor, releasing high pressure gas in graphite gap, separating stripped graphene with size of 20 nm to 2 mu m and graphene content of 50-85%, and recycling non-stripped large particles of graphite into tube reactor inlet.
