▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Detection of fresh taste amino acid based on nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot fluorescent probe comprises preparing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot, taking hydrated citric acid and urea in deionized water at ratio of 7:6 to obtain 10-50 mg/mL mixed solution, placing mixed solution in reaction kettle, hydrothermally reacting at 160 degrees C for 4 hours, cooling, dialyzing and purifying, freezing and drying to obtain product; constructing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot fluorescent probe, dissolving nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot powder in water to obtain 100 mu g/mL nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot solution; and measuring content of fresh taste amino acid, mixing soup pot sample to be tested with 100 mu g/mL nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot solution in form of aqueous solution, measuring fluorescence emission spectrum to read fluorescence value, where excitation wavelength is 355 nm. USE - The method is useful for detecting fresh taste amino acid based on nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot fluorescence probe. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the fresh taste amino acid with better accuracy in a simple and rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot fluorescent probe for detecting fresh amino acid.
