NOVELTY - A nickel-containing composite absorbing material comprises layers of graphene oxide alkenyl matrix, ferrite particles, nano nickel and nickel carbonate. The ferrite particles, nano nickel and nickel carbonate are supported between the surface of the graphene oxide alkenyl matrix and layers. USE - Nickel-containing composite absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The nickel-containing composite absorbing material has maximum absorption of 15.16 dB at 14.88 GHz and effective absorption band of 4 GHz at reflection loss of less than -10 dB, when the matching thickness of the composite absorbing material is 2.25 mm, widened absorbing band and enhanced absorbing ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nickel-containing composite absorbing material, which involves (1) mixing ferric chloride, nano nickel powder, surfactant, urea and ethylene glycol to obtain mixed liquid, (2) mixing the mixed liquid with graphene oxide, and performing a hydrothermal reaction to obtain hydrothermal reaction liquid, (3) removing supernatant of hydrothermal reaction liquid, and sequentially subjecting the remaining liquid to centrifugal washing and drying to obtain composite absorbing material.
