NOVELTY - Antibacterial polyurethane soundproof earplug is prepared by (i) taking polyethylene glycol, polycastor oil adipate polyol, and polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol into a mixer and heating with stirring at 65-75 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, (ii) continuing to stir and mix polyether polyol, adding foaming agent, crosslinking agent, catalyst, foam stabilizer, antibacterial agent and chain extender to mixed polyol at 35-50 degrees C for 2-3 minutes to prepare mixture (B), (iii) weighing diphenylmethane diisocyanate as material (A), adding to agitator, quickly mixing material (B) for 10-20 seconds, and controlling the temperature at 40-50 degrees C to prepare material (C), and (iv) pouring the mixture (C) into a mold for curing to obtain the product. USE - As antibacterial polyurethane soundproof earplug. ADVANTAGE - The earplug has a comfortable use experience, excellent noise reduction function and antibacterial ability.
