NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/carbon black rubber nanocomposite material, involves dispersing graphite oxide in aqueous solution, ultrasonically processing, dispersing carbon black dispersant in aqueous solution, ultrasonically processing, pre-mixing dispersed graphene oxide and carbon black solution in reactor, adding rubber latex to pre-mixed mixture to obtain emulsion, dispersing flocculant in water, adding flocculant solution to emulsion to obtain gel, drying gel to obtain masterbatch, adding masterbatch, accelerator and vulcanizing agent to rubber mill and curing. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/carbon black rubber nanocomposite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, economical and easy. The method enables preparation of graphene oxide/carbon black rubber nanocomposite material with high performance. The graphene oxide/carbon black rubber nanocomposite material has excellent wear resistance, moisture resistance and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide/carbon black rubber nanocomposite material, involves (1) using 100 wt.% adhesive content, 0.1-30 wt.% graphene oxide, 1-80 wt.% carbon black and 0.1-20 wt.% carbon black dispersant to prepare graphene oxide/carbon black rubber master batch emulsion, (a) dispersing graphite oxide in aqueous solution, ultrasonically processing in ultrasonic device for 1-180 minutes under 1-5000 watts and 1-50 kHz to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution, (b) dispersing carbon black dispersant in aqueous solution, ultrasonically processing in ultrasonic device for 1-180 minutes under 1-5000 watts and 1-50 kHz to obtain carbon black dispersion, (c) pre-mixing prepared graphene oxide aqueous solution and carbon black dispersion in reactor equipped with stirrer and thermometer, stirring at 1-3000 rpm for 1-300 minutes, controlling temperature at 5-90 degrees C, adding rubber latex to pre-mixed mixture, stirring at 1-3000 rpm for 1-200 minutes, controlling temperature at 5-90 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide/carbon black rubber composite emulsion, (d) dispersing flocculant in deionized water, stirring to obtain flocculant aqueous solution, adding flocculant aqueous solution to graphene/carbon black rubber composite emulsion, stirring to dissolve completely, washing, drying obtained flocculant gel to obtain masterbatch, (2) adding obtained masterbatch to rubber mill or mixer, adding active agent, antioxidant, accelerators and vulcanizing agent to rubber mill or mixer to obtain graphene oxide/carbon black rubber compound and curing.
