NOVELTY - Preparation of array of metal nanoparticles on graphene involves transferring graphene to silica/silicon substrate, obtaining silica/silicon-graphene composite structure, providing two-pass ultrathin titania nano-porous film, obtaining titania/graphene/silica/silicon composite structured porous film, placing the resultant product in electron beam vapor-deposition apparatus, depositing, obtaining array of nanoparticles, and recovering ultrathin titania nano-porous film. USE - Preparation of array of metal nanoparticles on graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of array of metal nanoparticles on graphene by controlling water content and hole passing time of water in electrolyte, and size and spacing of metal nanoparticles, using simple equipment.
