NOVELTY - Graphene oxide doped silica inorganic wall coated micro-organic phase change capsule comprises organic phase-change microcapsule with core-shell structure, core material, organic phase change material, and graphene oxide doped silica as shell wall material at 0.2-10 wt.% doped material. USE - Graphene oxide doped silica inorganic wall coated micro-organic phase change capsule used as phase change heat transfer fluid in solar heat collector (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The microcapsule has excellent optical capability. The inorganic wall material layer in organic core material has flame-retarding function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of silica-coated organic material phase change microcapsule comprises dissolving polymer comprising polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid, polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene, polyacrylamide or polyoxyethylene and solvent water to obtain polymer solution, heating and melting organic phase-change material to obtain core solution, mixing core solution and emulsifier to polymer emulsion with hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) value of 8-18 at mass ratio of core solution and of 10:0.1-1, preparing silicate solution and organic phase change material microcapsule to emulsified solution, stirring continuously, adjusting pH to basic, carrying out polycondensation reaction, filtering, washing and drying to obtain silicon dioxide coating, dissolving silicate and polymer in water at mass ratio of 10:5-20; and preparation of graphene oxide doped with modified inorganic wall material coating phase change microcapsule comprises dispersing silicon dioxide-coated organic phase change microcapsule in organic solvent, adding dissolved graphene oxide in water, stirring, ultrasonicating, preparing graphene oxide solution, adding dispersed graphene oxide coated silicon dioxide solution of organic phase change microcapsule in organic solvent, doping graphene oxide, and post-treating reaction product to obtain graphene oxide doped coated with modified silicon dioxide organic phase change microcapsule at mass ratio of graphene oxide solution with silicon dioxide coating and organic phase change microcapsule of 2-100:5000.
