▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing precursor titanium doped high voltage lithium cobaltate comprises (i) preparing surface-modified amino-graphene, (ii) dissolving the titanium source in the ionic liquid to obtain the solution Ti-IL, dissolving cobalt salt in the solvent, mixing solution Ti-IL and solution Co-M, placing surface-modified aminographene in an alkaline aqueous solution containing a complexing agent and stirring, adding solution Ti-Co-IL-M into graphene alkaline suspension under stirring condition, filtering and washing; (iii) preparing titanium-doped lithium cobalt oxide precursor seed crystal; (iv) preparing doped lithium cobalt oxide precursor; (v) preparing high-voltage lithium cobalt oxide; (vi) preparing surface-modified self-assembled metal-organic framework compound monolayer film to coat high-voltage lithium cobalt oxide; (vii) preparing oxide-coated high-voltage lithium cobalt oxide; and (viii) preparing titanium nitride and oxide-coated high-voltage lithium cobalt oxide. USE - The lithium cobaltate is useful in preparing lithium ion secondary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium cobaltate is suitable for industrial application and has high capacity and good cycle performance.
