NOVELTY - The depilator has a light-emitting lamp tube (4) and a conductive layer (5) that is arranged on the surface of the light-emitting lamp tube. The conductive layer is evenly distributed on the surface of the light-emitting lamp. The conductive layer is used for receiving the ignition voltage, so that the luminescent material in the light-emitting lamp tube emits light. The transparent conductive layer covers the entire surface of the light-emitting lamp tube, or the transparent conductive layer includes multiple hollow areas, and the hollow areas are evenly distributed on the surface of the light-emitting lamp tube. The material of the transparent conductive layer includes indium tin oxide, graphene and carbon nanotubes. The material of the light-reflecting metal layer includes silver, aluminum and chromium. USE - Depilator. ADVANTAGE - The ignition voltage transmitted by the conductive layer acts on the luminescent material in the light-emitting tube more uniformly, so as to improve the success rate of breakdown of the luminescent material and the success rate of ignition, and thus avoiding flash leakage.
