▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-hydrosol are ultrasonically dispersed in deionized water, to obtain dispersed-graphene-hydrosol solution. Obtained dispersed-graphene-hydrosol solution is pretreated, interface agent is added, and ultrasonically dispersed, to obtain pretreated-graphene-hydrosol solution. Obtained pretreated-graphene-hydrosol solution is ultrasonically dispersed in rubber latex, to obtain stable graphene oxide/rubber composite emulsion. Obtained composite emulsion is added into flocculating agent, flocculation is performed, and dried, to obtain graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-rubber nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides graphene oxide-rubber nanocomposite having excellent wear resistance, tear resistance, tensile strength, and gas-barrier property, by a simple process, with reduced energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide-hydrosol are ultrasonically dispersed in deionized water at 0-100 degrees C for 10 minutes-6 hours under power of 10-2000 W, and frequency 10~20000 Hz, to obtain dispersed-graphene-hydrosol solution. Obtained dispersed-graphene-hydrosol solution is pretreated, interface agent is added, and ultrasonically dispersed for 5 minutes-5 hours in speed of 50-10000 rpm, to obtain pretreated-graphene-hydrosol solution. Obtained pretreated-graphene-hydrosol solution is ultrasonically dispersed in rubber latex for 10 minutes-6 hours in speed of 50-10000 rpm, to obtain stable graphene oxide/rubber composite emulsion. Obtained stable graphene oxide/rubber composite emulsion is added into flocculating agent, flocculation is performed, dehydrated and dried, to obtain graphene oxide-rubber nanocomposite. Alternatively, the obtained graphene oxide-rubber composite emulsion is fed into spray drying device, and atomized into small droplet of composite liquid. The resultant composite liquid is dried in a drying medium, moisture is removed, to obtain graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite, or flocculating agent is introduced into carrier gas of the drying medium in the spray drying device, ion flocculation is performed, and dehydrated, to obtain graphene oxide/rubber nanocomposite.
