▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Phenolic compound molecularly imprinted nanozyme solid phase extraction column based on aminophenylboronic acid, prepared by (a) mixing 50-100 mg of aminophenylboronic acid-based phenolic compound molecularly imprinted nanozyme with 5-20 ml of methanol, ultrasonically treating for 5-30 minutes until dispersed uniformly, transferring to a solid-phase extraction cartridge made of polypropylene, and sealing the two ends with sieve plates respectively; (b) mixing 100-500 mg of solid-phase extraction adsorbent with 5-20 ml of methanol, ultrasonically treating for 5-30 minutes to disperse uniformly, moving to the solid phase extraction cartridge, sealing the top with a frit, and washing the column with 5-20 ml of methanol; and (c) purging the solid phase extraction cartridge with an inert gas to remove the residual organic solvent, and vacuum drying at 30-90degrees Celsius for 1-24 hours, is claimed. USE - Phenolic compound molecularly imprinted nanozyme solid phase extraction column based on aminophenylboronic acid for detecting residual trace phenol organic pollutant in environmental water sample. ADVANTAGE - The phenolic compound molecularly imprinted nanoenzyme solid phase extraction column has uniform distribution and stable property. The residual trace phenol phenol organic pollutant in the sample has high selectivity, large adsorption capacity, which can realize fast visual analysis detection of residual tracephenol organic pollutants in the environment water sample. The method is simple and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing phenolic compound molecularly imprinted nanozyme based on aminophenylboronic acid.
