▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Gel beads comprise spherical gel bead core, functional hydrogel coated on exterior of gel bead core and cross-linking agent. The functional hydrogel comprises 10-16 pts. wt. photocatalyst, 5-10 pts. wt. nano silver, 20-30 pts. wt. gel, 5-10 pts. wt. natural pigment, 10-15 pts. wt. plant essential oil and 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifier. The gel bead core is made of graphene, bentonite, volcanic ash and chitosan. USE - The gel beads are useful for exhibiting antibacterial effect and removing formaldehyde. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the gel beads, which involves (a) preparing gel bead core by mixing bentonite, volcanic ash and chitosan in mass ratio of 2:1:1, adding pure water, stirring uniformly, adding into spherical mold, and heating, (b) preparing functional hydrogel by uniformly mixing in a water bath at 40-60 degrees C and stirring for 70-90 minutes, and (c) immersing the prepared gel bead core in beta -cyclodextrin cyclodextrin, and cross-linking obtained product.
