▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-aluminum alloy powder comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene aqueous solution to obtain graphene water-based dispersion liquid with a uniformly dispersed concentration of not greater than 10 g/l; (ii) blowing 120-250 degrees C hot air into the mixing chamber and adding aluminum alloy powder into the mixing chamber; (iii) spraying the graphene water-based dispersion into the mixing chamber through the atomizer and coating the graphene on the surface of the aluminum alloy powder to obtain the graphene aluminum alloy powder, where the aluminum alloy powder comprises 0.1% copper, 4-4.9% magnesium, 0.4% silicon, 0.15% titanium, 0.4% iron, 0.25% zinc, 0.40-1.0% manganese, 0.05-0.25% chromium and aluminum (remaining amount). USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-aluminum alloy powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device for preparing graphene-aluminum alloy powder, comprising mixing system, feeding system, inlet system and drafting system. The mixing system for centrifuging the mixture, coating the graphene water-based dispersion and introducing the dried aluminum alloy powder. The liquid inlet system for introducing the graphene water-based dispersion into the mixing system and exhausting wind within the mixing system. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the device for preparing graphene-aluminum alloy powder.
