NOVELTY - The preparation of composite material involves dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically treating, adding stannic chloride solution and sodium hydroxide solution, ultrasonically treating, reacting, cooling, washing to obtain graphene oxide/tin oxide colloid, adding p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid to deionized water, heating, dissolving, adding sodium nitrite, stirring with concentrated hydrochloric acid, reacting in ice bath to obtain aromatic diazonium salt, adding colloid to aromatic diazonium salt, and placing in ice bath to obtain complex solution. USE - Preparation of sulfonated oxidized graphene/tin oxide/polypyrrole composite material for super capacitor electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite material using simple process in environmentally-friendly and reliable manner with regular space structure, high energy density, high power density, excellent circulation performance, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of sulfonated oxidized graphene/tin oxide/polypyrrole composite material involves (1) dissolving 0.5 g graphene oxide in 100 ml deionized water, ultrasonically treating for 30 minutes, adding stannic chloride solution and sodium hydroxide solution, ultrasonically treating for 5 minutes, transferring to high pressure reactor, reacting at 185 degrees C for 8 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water to neutral to obtain graphene oxide/tin oxide colloid, ratio of the amount of stannic chloride to sodium hydroxide is 1:4, mass ratio of tin oxide to graphene oxide in colloid is (0.1-2):1, (2) adding 2.30 g p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid to 100 ml deionized water, heating, dissolving, adding 0.94 g sodium nitrite, stirring with 2 ml 12 mol/l concentrated hydrochloric acid, reacting in ice bath for 10 minutes to obtain aromatic diazonium salt, (3) adding colloid to aromatic diazonium salt, placing in ice bath for 2 hours to obtain sulfonated graphene/tin oxide complex solution, (4) dissolving 0.05-2 g pyrrole in 50 ml chloroform to obtain pyrrole solution, where pyrrole solution is oil phase, complex solution is aqueous phase, reacting using interface polymerization method at 0-5 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain large number of dark green products in oil-water interface, filtering, washing, and drying at 60 degrees C for 12 hours.
