NOVELTY - The material has graphene formed with a laminated structure. Nanometer silicon dioxide is dispersed in the layered structure of the graphene, where mass percentage of the nanometre silicon dioxide is about 10 to 50% of a composite electrode material unit. USE - Silicon and graphene composite electrode material for a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The material improves conductivity and stability of a lithium ion battery.
