▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Depositing graphene oxide (GO) films involves preparing aqueous ammoniacal dispersion of graphene oxide and adding a basic solution and pH is set to 10 and radiate with ultrasound and heating at 25-100 degrees C for 1-60 minutes, until removal of excess ammonia and depending on the power of the ultrasound equipment. The centrifuge dispersion at a rotation speed of 500-15,000 revolution per minute for 120-5 minutes, respectively, depending on the speed of the spinning equipment, and then adding resulting dispersion to a conical container of hydrophobic material. USE - Method for depositing graphene oxide (GO) films for electronic devices of telephony, computing, electronics of plastic, sensors, fuel cells, transistors, current collectors for rigid and flexible photovoltaic cells, construction of conductors type p+ and n-, transparent electrodes, technology or scientific, lithium-ion batteries, light-emitting diode (LED), organic-LED, supercapacitors, gas barrier in polymer food packaging or not, bactericidal barrier for polymer packaging, water purification, water desalination, adsorbent of pollutants and oil in water, photochemical pollutant degradation, oxygen reduction electrodes, hydrogen generation, presence sensor, touch sensor, construction of logic circuits, construction of intelligent windows for administration of light, phototherapy for treatment of cancer, surgical fields sterilize of the photogenic singlet oxygen source and the construction of artificial leaves for hydrogen generation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to deposit graphene oxide (GO) films, which has physical and electricity property, and suitable for laboratory scales, and high complexity, and good speed and simplicity process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Depositing graphene oxide (GO) films involves preparing aqueous ammoniacal dispersion of graphene oxide and adding a basic solution and pH is set to 10 and radiate with ultrasound and heating at 25-100 degrees C for 1-60 minutes, until removal of excess ammonia and depending on the power of the ultrasound equipment. The centrifuge dispersion at a rotation speed of 500-15,000 revolution per minute for 120-5 minutes, respectively, depending on the speed of the spinning equipment, and then adding resulting dispersion to a conical container of hydrophobic material, completely covering the horizontally positioned substrates. The position of substrates in container is subjecting under a light source, and draining the dispersion to obtain the desired product.
