▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of phosphorus-doped graphene quantum dots involves choosing phosphorus-containing water-soluble macromolecular organic matter as electrolyte, breaking phosphate-oxygen bonds by constant potential electrolysis, entering phosphorus atoms from macromolecular organic matter into the graphene quantum dots, doping, forming a carbon-sulfur bond and hydrogen bond, and complete doping. USE - Preparation of phosphorus-doped graphene quantum dots used in biomedical applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, economical and environmentally-friendly preparation of phosphorus-doped graphene quantum dots without using strong oxidizing acids and strong reducing agents. The phosphorus-doped graphene quantum dots have excellent free radical scavenging ability on hydroxyl radicals with scavenging rate of 78.49%.
