▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing anti-wear and corrosion Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating comprises e.g. (i) adding the hard particles into the double-glow plasma surface treatment furnace, vacuumizing the device to 30-50Pa, increasing the working table voltage and generating glow slowly, increasing voltage to 450-600V and processing for 30-60 minutes; (ii) adding the 0.5-1 wt.% reduced graphene oxide into pure water to disperse uniformly and performing ultrasonic oscillation at room temperature environment while performing high speed stirring for 20-30 minutes; (iii) adding the processed hard particles into the dispersed reduced graphene oxide solution, vibrating ultrasonically and stirring at high speed and processing for 15-25 minutes; (iv) drying the hard particles coated and repeating the step (i); and (v) adding the hard particles into the Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating; stirring and adding and stirring continuously. USE - The anti-wear and corrosion Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating is useful on surface of appliance (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: coats reduced graphene oxide on the surface of the particles plays a good role in lubricating, reducing wear, filling microscopic pores, and shielding corrosion products and improves wear-resistant and anti-corrosion properties of the uniformly doped Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) anti-wear and corrosion Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating, prepared as mentioned above; and (2) preparing a Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating on the surface of an appliance, comprising (a) using Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) primer as a primer for curing on the surface of the appliance and (b) using the Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) coating as a top coat spraying and curing.
