NOVELTY - Thermally conductive wear-resistant nylon composite material comprises 70-90 pts. wt. nylon, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-3 pts. wt. modified calcium sulfate whiskers and 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. antioxidant, the modified graphene is mainly prepared from graphene, citric acid and sodium metaaluminate, the modified calcium sulfate whisker is mainly prepared from calcium sulfate whiskers, zinc sulfate and aluminate coupling agents. USE - Used as thermally conductive wear-resistant nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has very good heat conducting effect, and excellent other mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermally conductive wear-resistant nylon composite material, comprising (1) providing above mentioned components, (2) mixing nylon, toughening agent, carbon fiber and modified graphene, stirring uniformly, adding into the twin-screw extruder, extruding and granulating at temperature of 250-270 degrees C, obtaining thermally conductive nylon master batch, (3) drying the thermally conductive nylon master batch, mixing with silicone modified polyester acrylate, compatibilizer, antioxidant, modified calcium sulfate whisker and lubricant to obtain mixture material, and (4) adding the step (3) obtained mixture material into twin-screw extruder, extruding and granulating at 260-280 degrees C to obtain the product.
