▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Modified graphene oxide/styrene butadiene rubber composite material comprises 1.5-4.5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 60-80 pts. wt. polystyrene butadiene rubber, 12-24 pts. wt. white carbon black, 3.2-5.2 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 1.4-2.4 pts. wt. palmitic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. octanoic acid, 0.8-2.8 pts. wt. N-phenyl-alpha-aniline, and 1.3-1.9 pts. wt. sulfur monochloride. USE - Modified graphene oxide/styrene butadiene rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide/styrene butadiene rubber composite material enhances the mechanical properties of emulsion polystyrene butadiene rubber by modifying graphene oxide, improves the tensile strength and hardness of composite materials, wear resistance and ductility, and greatly comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a modified graphene oxide/styrene butadiene rubber composite material, which involves practicing emulsion polystyrene-butadiene rubber in a kneading machine for 15-20 minute and reserving, adding latex polystyrene butadiene rubber compounded with modified graphene oxide, white carbon black, nano zinc oxide and palmitic acid at 135-145 degrees C, mixing in the mixer for 20 minutes to 30 minutes, and finally adding stannous octoate, N-phenyl-alpha-aniline and sulfur monochloride to continue mixing for 5 minutes to 10 minutes to obtain a mixture, valcanizing mixture under the condition of a temperature of 115-125 degrees C to obtain the modified graphene oxide/styrene butadiene rubber composite material.
