▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing a thermal release tape (12) with a graphene (14). A substrate (16) is placed against the graphene such that the graphene is positioned between the thermal release tape and the substrate. The graphene is pressed against the substrate. Localized portions of the thermal release tape are heated using a localized heat source e.g. laser source (26) and deflectable mirror (28), and diminishing the adhesive properties of the thermal release tape at the localized portions such that graphene from the localized portions is transferable to the substrate. USE - Method for selective transfer of graphene onto a substrate in fabrication of graphene devices in electronic applications. Uses include but are not limited to flat-panel displays i.e. touch screens, electronic paper and displays, photovoltaics, lighting and sensor tags applications. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces processing cost and processing time, provides high yield and avoids unwanted doping of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a system for selective transfer of graphene onto a substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a system for implementing a method for printing graphene patterns on substrates using a laser beam as a localized heat source.
