NOVELTY - A super antistatic spandex spinning oil agent comprises 40-80 wt.% dimethyl silicone oil, 5-30 wt.% industrial grade white oil, 1-10 wt.% organic silicone quaternary ammonium salt, 1-5 wt.% 2-alkyl-1-alkanols, 0.1-10 wt.% graphene and 1-10 wt.% metal stearate. USE - Super antistatic spandex spinning oil agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The spandex spinning oil agent has excellent antistatic property, and is easy to unwinding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of super antistatic spandex spinning oil agent, which involves: (1) adding dimethyl silicone oil and industrial-grade white oil in weight ratio of 40-80%:5-30% to high-speed mechanical stirring device, and stirring for 1-4 hours to obtain colorless and transparent component; and (2) successively adding organic silicone quaternary ammonium salt, 2-alkyl-1-alkanols, graphene and metal stearate in weight ratio of (1-10)%:(1-5)%:(0.1-10)%:(1-10)% to colorless and transparent component obtained in step (1), stirring the reaction mixture at speed of 100-500 rpm and temperature of 20-50 degrees C and for 1-4 hours, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 1-10 hours.
