NOVELTY - A high impact polystyrene recovery material composition comprises 100 pts. wt. high impact polystyrene recovery material, 1-15 pts. wt. polyolefin and 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene. USE - High impact polystyrene recovery material composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high impact polystyrene recovery material composition has excellent tensile strength, notched impact strength, bending strength and excellent mechanical strength properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high impact polystyrene recovery material composition involves (i) adding 100 pts. wt. high impact polystyrene recovery material, 5-10 pts. wt. polyolefin, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pt. wt. sulfonated polybenzimidazole and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. initiator, mixing and preparing a material (I), (ii) adding the obtained material (I), 0.1-5 pts. wt. vinylpyridine and remaining graphene and mixing in a kneader for 20-50 minutes, heating at 70-100 degrees C while stirring at 40 rpm, (iii) mixing the homogeneous material into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion, cooling the extruded product, and granulating, where twin-screw extruder is divided into three sections such as an inlet section, an intermediate section and an outlet section, and temperature of inlet section is controlled to 70-90 degrees C, temperature of intermediate section is controlled to 110-130 degrees C and temperature of outlet section is controlled to 90-110 degrees C.
