NOVELTY - Graphene antistatic plastic comprises 80-100 pts. wt. resin, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-3 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 2-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.5-4 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 4-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.2-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 0.6-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Graphene antistatic plastic. ADVANTAGE - The graphene antistatic plastic ha high conductivity, reduces friction coefficient, and inhibits electrostatic charge generation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene antistatic plastic, which involves: (A) mixing graphene, antistatic agent, flame retardant, dispersant, antioxidant and lubricant in mixer and stirring to obtain mixture A; (B) mixing resin in molten state with coupling agent, stabilizer, and plasticizer to obtain mixture B, sending mixture A obtained and mixture B obtained into twin-screw extruder together, and extruding; and (C) granulating to obtain graphene antistatic plastic.
