▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves determining an appropriate range of a process by identifying a shear rate occurring inside a compression nozzle according to size of an extrusion nozzle disposed in an extrusion molding machine. Temperature, pressure and injection speed control are performed, and pressure and viscosity are analyzed for a resin property measurement system. A Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PS, Polyethylene terephthalate mixed SRF and RDF plastics are recycled from waste plastics Polypropylene (rPE) and waste plastics Polypropylene to reduce graphene in 1 weight percentage~ 10 weight percentage. A SRF is molded in a state having an injection speed of 1 to 10 seconds at a temperature of 200 to 230 degree Celsius. The temperature, pressure, and speed conditions are controlled in the mixing and injection process according to the ratio of different materials. USE - Composite material manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the composite material containing multiple types of waste plastics in an eco-friendly and cost-effective manner.
