▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An alpha -ferric oxide/nano graphene composite material surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate and photocatalystcomprises alpha -ferric oxide/graphene nanoparticles of quasi-cubic shape, with a particle size distribution of 60-80 nm and a graphene size of 10-50 mu m. USE - alpha -Ferric oxide/nano graphene composite material surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate and photocatalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The alpha -ferric oxide/nano graphene composite material surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate and photocatalyst has a particle size of less than 100 nm, high capacity, and excellent organic-matter decomposition efficiency, and can be prepared by an economical and safe method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of alpha -ferric oxide/nano graphene composite material surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate and photocatalyst, which involves adding iron salt to anhydrous ethanol, magnetically stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to anhydrous ethanol, magnetically stirring for 10-20 minutes, mixing both solutions, adding distilled water, magnetically stirring for 10-30 minutes, adding aqueous ammonia, magnetically stirring for 10-20 minutes, heating for 12-18 hours at 200 degrees C, centrifugally washing 3-5 times, drying at 60-90 degrees C to obtain quasi-cubic ferric oxide nanoparticles, redissolving in distilled water, magnetically stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding graphene oxide solution, stirring for 20-40 minutes, seal-reacting in 30-100 mL container at 130-200 degrees C for 8-20 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, and drying at 60-90 degrees C.
