NOVELTY - Molybdenum disulfide-iron oxide composite wave absorbing agent comprises 6-20 pts. wt. iron salt, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene nano sheets, 25-50 pts. wt. urea, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. molybdenum salt, 0.5-10 pts. wt. sulfur source and 300-600 pts. wt. mixed alcohol solution. USE - The composite wave absorbing agent is useful for preparing iron oxide-graphene nano sheets composite material with enhanced dielectric loss and impedance matching. ADVANTAGE - The wave absorbing agent: has high electromagnetic performance of the composite absorber and the wave absorbing performance; and prepares uniform iron oxide- graphene nano sheets composite material with a hollow spherical structure, good dispersibility, and good electromagnetic absorption characteristics after being coated with Molybdenum disulfide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing molybdenum disulfide-iron oxide composite wave absorbing agent, comprising (i) mixing iron salt, urea, graphene nano sheets and mixed alcohol solution, performing the first hydrothermal reaction to generate iron oxide /graphene nano sheets wave absorbing agent; and (ii) mixing iron oxide /graphene nano sheets wave absorbing agent, molybdenum salt and sulfur source and carrying out hydrothermal reaction.
