NOVELTY - A semi-conductive graphene composite strip has a base material and semi-conductive glue layer coated on both sides of the base material. The semi-conductive glue layer contains 4-8 wt.% graphene micro powder, 23-27.5 wt.% adhesive, 1.5-2.5 wt.% fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 65-71.5 wt.% water. The adhesive is butylacrylate emulsion, acrylate emulsion, acrylate and methacrylic acid copolymer emulsion, polyvinyl acetate emulsion, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion or polyethylene alcohol emulsion. USE - Semi-conductive graphene composite strip is used for cable. ADVANTAGE - The semi-conductive graphene composite strip provides safe cable having volume resistivity of 1asterisk105 ( Omega ).cm or less, surface resistance of 100 ( Omega ) or less, and improved homogenizing effect of electric field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of semi-conductive graphene composite strip, which involves coating semi-conductive glue layer on both sides of the base material with coating thickness of 0.01-0.03 mm, baking at 115-125 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, and naturally cooling to room temperature.
