NOVELTY - A titanium dioxide-graphene composite nanopaper comprises titanium dioxide, graphene and/or additive. USE - Titanium dioxide-graphene composite nanopaper used in photocatalysis, sensor and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The nanopaper has simple and inexpensive preparation, good conductivity and reasonable design. It is non-toxic and harmless. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of titanium dioxide-graphene composite nanopaper comprising weighing 0.5-1 g titanium dioxide powder, dissolving in 30-50 ml potassium hydroxide with 10-5 mol/L concentration, placing in PTFE-lined stainless steel reaction kettle, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10 minute, vacuumizing, tightening reaction kettle, pre-heating to 170-220 degrees C, reacting for 20-60 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, pouring kettle product, washing with purified water until pH is neutral to obtain potassium titanate nanobelt, soaking belt in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid for 20 hours, washing with water, carrying out heat treatment at 300-500 degrees C for 0.8-2 hours to obtain nano-titanium dioxide; dispersing 2 g graphite powder in dispersing medium containing 2 g sodium nitrate and 40 ml 98% sulfuric acid under ice water bath, magnetic stirring for 20 hours, adding 6 g potassium permanganate, stirring at room temperature, adding 180 ml water, refluxing at 95 degrees C for 15 minutes, cooling to room temperature, diluting with water, adding 30 ml 30% hydrogen peroxide, filtering obtained yellow solution, washing with water until neutral, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide; ultrasonic dispersing 2 mg graphene oxide in 20 ml water and 10 ml ethanol mixed solution, adding 0.2 mg titanium dioxide, ultrasonic dispersing for 2 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed suspension, transferring in 40 ml PTFE-lined reaction kettle, sealing reaction kettle, pre-heating to 130-150 degrees C, reacting for 2-4 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, washing with water until neutral, vacuum drying at 80 degrees C to obtain titanium dioxide-graphene composite nano-material; weighing 1 g titanium dioxide-graphene composite nano-material, dispersing in 1 L water to form suspension; adding 0.002 g additive; suction filtering to obtain wet paper using suction filtering device comprising vacuum pump, glass flask and sand core suction funnel; and drying at 50 degrees C for 60 minutes.
