▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a self-healing graphene stealth film involves adding sulfur-containing reducing agent to the graphite oxide solution, heating to 80-100 degrees C, and continuing the constant heat reaction for 1-3 hours. After the reaction is completed, a black colloidal liquid is obtained. The black colloidal liquid is cooled to room temperature, washed and filtered by deionized water for multiple times, and freeze-dried to obtain a black sulfur-doped graphene powder. Deionized water is added to the sulfur-doped graphene powder to obtain a dispersion having a concentration of 2-5 mg/mL, and the dispersion is centrifuged to obtain a supernatant. The supernatant and deionized water are sequentially added to polyvinyl alcohol, stirred to dissolve at room temperature to form a mixed liquid. The plasticizer is added to the mixed liquid, and stirred to make a polyvinyl alcohol casting film liquid. USE - Method for preparing a self-healing graphene stealth film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare self-healing graphene stealth film having stronger stealth characteristics and adjustable wave band. The preparation process is simple and easy, and the reaction conditions are mild which is conducive to the continuous and large-scale production of stealth materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a self-healing graphene stealth film involves adding sulfur-containing reducing agent to the graphite oxide solution, heating to 80-100 degrees C, and continuing the constant heat reaction for 1-3 hours. The polyvinyl alcohol/sulfur-doped graphene casting film liquid is heated in a water bath at 80-100 degrees C for 10-30 minutes to make a uniformly mixed polyvinyl alcohol completely dissolved casting film liquid which is taken out and quickly poured on a steel sheet or a petri dish for natural drying to obtain self-healing graphene stealth film.
