NOVELTY - Regenerated fine aggregate concrete comprises 18-30 wt.% artificial sand fine aggregate, 15-22 wt.% perlite aggregate, 10-15 wt.% cementing material, 12-19 wt.% cement, 10-16 wt.% superfine mineral powder, 10-20 wt.% water and 10-20 wt.% reinforced mixed material. In the step the raw materials comprises 30-40 wt.% mineral blending material, 10-15 wt.% anti-blocking solvent, 10-20 wt.% graphene material, 12-18 wt.% fly ash and 14-22 wt.% ceramic particle micro grinding material. The mineral blending material is granulated blast furnace slag, silicon ash, limestone powder, steel slag powder, phosphorus slag powder and/or zeolite powder USE - The regenerated fine aggregate concrete is useful for building. ADVANTAGE - The concrete: has high-strength, self-compacting function; high forming effect, excellent durability and mechanical property; strong carbonization resistance, anti-freezing performance and anti-chloride ion permeability.
