▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive composite masterbatch comprises 40-60 pts. wt. colloidal graphene, 25-40 pts. wt. superconducting carbon black combination, 10-20 pts. wt. paraffin oil, where effective content of conductive substances accounts for 30-45% of total mass. The superconducting carbon black combination comprises superconducting carbon black A with specific surface area of less than 90 m2/g and particle size of greater than 40 nanometers and superconducting carbon black B' with specific surface area of less than 100 m2/g and particle size of less than 20 nanometers in mass ratio of 2:1 combination. USE - Conductive composite masterbatch used for rubber cable shielding material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive composite masterbatch is applied to shielding material, which greatly reduces usage of powder, where cleanliness is easy to control; improves processability, tear resistance and electrical stability; greatly reduces volume resistivity, and solves problem of large number of applications of conductive carbon, where black powder causes poor processability, easy tearing, low electrical properties and difficult to control cleanliness; and preparation process and products are not needed to be dried, process is short, and energy consumption is low, conventional equipment is provided, which helps to easy to mass production, and has good application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing conductive composite masterbatch, which involves: (A) placing pretreatment liquid into ball mill, and placing graphene, and coupling agent in ball mill three times according to stated proportion, and mixing for 30-60 minutes, and leaving material to stand to obtain graphene dispersion; placing liquid ethylene propylene rubber into vacuum kneader according to proportion, mixing at 30-50 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, then placing in dicumyl peroxide according to proportion, mixing for 1-3 minutes, and then quickly heat up to 150-160 degrees C , continuing to stir for 5-10 minutes, and cooling down for later use to obtain colloidal graphene; (B) placing portion of superconducting carbon black A into high-speed crushing mixer with speed greater than 1000 rotation/minute, after crushing, obtaining conductive carbon black B', and pressing another portion of superconducting carbon black A, and conductive carbon black B' after crushing with mass ratio of 2:1, which is uniformly mixed to obtain superconducting carbon black combination; and (C) mixing spare material, and paraffin oil in mixer with rotation speed of 500-1000 rotation/minute for 10-20 minutes according to components, and proportions to obtain conductive composite masterbatch.
