NOVELTY - High-temperature resistant polymer mortar comprises 500-550 pts. wt. alkali stimulator, 400-450 pts. wt. metakaolin, 150-200 pts. wt. fly ash, 600-650 pts. wt. quartz sand, 1-5 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 0.2-2 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 100-130 pts. wt. water, 3-5 pts. wt. water reducing agent, and 1-5 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Used as high-temperature resistant polymer mortar. ADVANTAGE - The mortar has good high temperature resistance, and has excellent mechanical properties and durability in a long-term high temperature environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-temperature resistant polymer mortar, comprising (1) dissolving para-phenylenediamine in concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring and ultrasonic to obtain a white suspension, placing it on ice, stirring magnetically in a salt bath to make it sufficiently cool, placing the sodium nitrite solution and sodium tetrafluoroborate solution in the refrigerator to cool to below 0 degrees C, adding the sodium nitrite solution dropwise to the system and stir while dripping, at the same time, use starch potassium iodide test paper to detect whether sodium nitrite is excessive, when the starch potassium iodide test paper turns blue, the reaction is over, adding cold sodium tetrafluoroborate solution, stirring until granular precipitation appears, quickly filter while cold, and rinsing the obtained light yellow product with acetonitrile, cold ether and ice water, and combining the light yellow product with the graphene aqueous phase dispersion is mixed, ultrasonicating, and stirring to obtain para-phenylenediamine modified graphene, which is placed in the refrigerator for later use, (2) dispersing para-phenylenediamine modified graphene in water under ultrasonic conditions, adding water reducing agent, dispersing and stirring uniformly to obtain mixed solution A, and (3) taking metakaolin, fly ash and quartz sand and stirring in a mixer, adding alkali stimulant, mixing solution A, nano silicon dioxide, polyvinyl alcohol fiber to obtain high temperature resistant polymer mortar.
