▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive composite fibers comprises (i) immersing the textile fiber in a 1-30% silane coupling agent KH560 solution for 2-3 hours and drying the fiber in an oven at 50-65 degrees C to obtain a surfactant-modified textile fibers, (ii) dipping the modified textile fiber into an aqueous solution containing graphene oxide or a derivative having a pH of 2-6 at 10-50 degrees C for 0.2-2 hours and drying the fabric, reducing the dried fabric impregnated with graphene oxide or a derivative using a 1-10 g/l reducing agent solution, washing with water and drying to obtain a conductive fabric covered with reduced graphene oxide or a derivative, (iii) preparing the graphene by a chemical reduction method of an aqueous graphene oxide solution prepared by Hummer's method, where the dispersant is used to obtain a uniform and stable dispersion of graphene and the concentration is 0.1-5% and (iv) soaking the textile fibers in the graphene dispersion for 2-3 hours and placing in a drying oven. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene conductive composite fibers. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high yield and is simple.
