NOVELTY - Preparing special acid and alkali resistant fabric involves providing pretreatment base fabric and surface modifier modification, where each component raw material of surface modifier includes 30 pts. wt. oxygen resin, 12 pts. wt. polyaniline, 12 pts. wt. m-phenylenediamine, 35 pts. wt. aminated magnetic material, 15 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoamer, 3 pts. wt. thickener; preparing raw materials; taking barium chloride dihydrate, zinc chloride, ferric chloride hexahydrate and urea, mixing, then adding deionized water and ethylene glycol, continuing to stir until dissolve, then ultrasonically shake for 25 minutes, and placing in high-pressure reactor, sealing at 175 degrees C for 4 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing and drying, placing in nitrogen environment, and calcining at 555 degrees C for 2.2 hours to obtain material A; taking carbon nanotubes and deionized water, ultrasonically shake for 25 minutes. USE - Method for preparing special acid and alkali resistant fabric used for special clothing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, where fabric has excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and high practicability.
