▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A visible light responsive boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene photocatalyst has visible light response range and high photocatalytic activity. USE - The visible light responsive boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene photocatalyst is useful for treating organic dye wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The visible light responsive boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene photocatalyst is economical, prepared by simple method and suitable for large-scale industrial production, and has high visible light response range and photocatalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of visible light responsive boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene photocatalyst, which involves adding phthalocyanine to mixed solution of concentrated hydrochloric acid and pyridine, refluxing, washing, filtering and drying to obtain metal-free phthalocyanine, placing metal-free phthalocyanine in a quartz tube furnace and sintering to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene, adding concentrated sulfuric acid to nitrogen-doped graphene, stirring the mixture in ice water bath, then adding potassium permanganate, heating at 80 degrees C, stirring, transferring the mixture to hot water, add 5% hydrogen peroxide solution, stirring, filtering, washing, drying to obtain nitrogen oxide-doped graphene, ultrasonically dispersing nitrogen oxide doped graphene in deionized water, then adding boron source and reacting at 35 degrees C, filtering, washing and drying to obtain boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene.
