NOVELTY - Air electrode with a double-layer diffusion layer comprises polytetrafluoroethylene film layer, polytetrafluoroethylene/conductive agent film layer and metal net acting as a current collector arranged from bottom to top. USE - Air electrode with double-layer diffusion layer used in zinc air secondary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The air electrode has low cost, high hydrophobicity, low interface resistance, stable air electrode structure, long service life, high circulation efficiency and good application prospect, and can resist alkali liquor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing air electrode with double-layer diffusion layer, which involves: (A) dispersing the conductive agent in alcohol solvent; (B) adding polytetrafluoroethylene suspension liquid to mix uniformly to obtain the mixture; (C) preparing the mixture obtained into film; (D) drying, obtaining polytetrafluoroethylene/conductive agent film; (E) overlapping the polytetrafluoroethylene film, polytetrafluoroethylene/conductive agent film and metal net to the order from bottom to top; (F) pressing into a whole; (G) spraying the solution containing catalyst on the metal net; and (H) obtaining the air electrode with double-layer diffusion layer.
