▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphite structure has several domains formed by laminated structure of dome shaped graphene sheet. The domains are arranged in plane, such that the adjacent domains are connected to each other. The size of domain is 20-500 nm and the height is 20-5000 nm. USE - Graphite structure of electronic component (claimed) e.g. thermoelectric conversion element. ADVANTAGE - The graphite structure having high electric conductivity and low electric conductivity is realized. High efficiency electronic component can be manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) electronic component, which includes primary and secondary electrodes connected to graphite structure, which are formed in respective ends of thermoelectric conversion material. Several graphite structures are laminated through a resin layer. A linear structure such as carbon nanotube is formed in graphite structure in upper direction; and (2) method of manufacturing electronic component, which involves forming catalyst metal film on substrate. The surface of metal film is roughened. The graphite structure having domain is formed with respect to catalyst metal film by growing graphite. The substrate and catalyst metal film are removed after forming a resin layer on graphite structure.
